My wife's LHR-BNA in Business for 27 July was just cancelled, ba.com offered several alternatives to go in (via ORD/DFW/MIA). Not great, but the domestic connection is in First so better than expected.
Just to let you know that First in the USA is named "First" for marketing reasons and nothing like short-haul First Class that you see in QR, EK, etc...
