Trying to book NYC to Sapporo in J and having some issues finding availability. Naturally I have to connect through Tokyo (HND). I can find J availability on the JFK-HND leg if I search for just that, but when I change the destination to CTS (New Chitose) there's no availability. I'm confused since if there's availability JFK-HND, and there's availability HND-CTS, why is there no availability JFK-CTS (through HND)? Does ANA change availability when there's a connecting flight or something?
