Anyone got any recent experience of refunds - is this worth a call?

I did a WTP booking which I UUAd to CW, originally for Feb21. Anyway having been rebooked for July only to have had it cancelled again I opted for a full refund. Was advised it would take 7-14 days, that was 21 days ago. I have, correctly, now had the cash element credited about 10 days ago but I have not got any Avios back, nor paid seating.

Would this refund normally get processed as one? I have a feeling that in normal times what should have happened is the telephone agent would have issued the Avios refund and queued the cash element to the refunds team. So I’m wondering if the Avios have been missed, whether they have queued it off to a different team etc. I am as sure as I can be I havent missed an email. Not sure whether to expect a voucher for the Avios or what - the phone agent didn’t know (incidentally I tried to rebook to next year but was told I couldnt do that as beyond ticket validity period). Anyway, should I phone or if not, how long should I wait?
