I know my answer is late but for a cancelled flight the current FR policy is that you will be able to rebook for free to any FR flight +/- 14 days from the original travel date. It is quite generous IMO. So the answer to your Q is yes.

You can do the rebooking online or you can contact FR by the chat option on the webpage.
