People have already reported transiting Japan on separate tickets during COVID regardless of eligibility to enter Japan as reported in this thread and elsewhere on FT. I’m asking if anyone whose already done it, been required to also provide a negative COVID test result since those who are on single itineraries to/from GUM via NRT haven’t been required to show it so far. The US test requirements are generous so a rapid antigen test can be done if they do ask for it, but just wanted to know what people have experienced rather than what you have speculated, albeit incorrectly so far.
