I am currently in the A Senator Lounge in Frankfurt across from A50. In addition to the pretzels and some other snacks they have someone serving a scrambled eggs and chives dish, sautéed mushrooms, and ready made sandwiches. Bar is open as are the self serve beverage options.

I had stopped by the business lounge outside of A13 and it was the same although senator is much quieter.

Easy entry to both. One person checks your vaccination or test certificate and another scans the boarding pass and has you scan the Luca app QR code.
