Same, have used sneakemail for a number of years, though they have moved solely to an annual payment model.
Mainly used for sites where I don’t need to divulge / use my credit card information, however.
They do have some issues with some sites, however, as I believe some of their domains have been ‘blacklisted’ (not sure why, perhaps people using it as a mask when sending spam?).
Microsoft Hotmail / Outlook.com has also had the concept of ‘aliases’ for 10 years now, though this has a limit of 10 per account...
