1. You couldn't possibly have miles that would expire on 10JUL2020. It was probably 31JUL2020, as miles always expire at the end of the month. If the original expiry was 31JUL2020 and you refund the ticket now, the new expiry would be 31JUL2021.
2. You couldn't possibly have booked a flight on 09JUL2021 on 10JUL2020. The flight would not have been open for reservations.
