I have no problem with email overload - my Gmail sorts them neatly into:

• Primary (person to person emails get filed here)
• Updates (bills, bank account statements, order statuses, flight alerts, tracking)
• Promotions (email from businesses that's not account-specific or order-specific goes here)

and most importantly, Spam.

No need to deal with the admin overhead of private relay email.
