Hi... I'm currently Gold Medallion, purchased a ticket with SkyMiles; when I look at the itinerary online, there's a note that says "not complimentary upgrade eligible". Is this because the ticket was purchased with miles? I did some searching online, but wasn't entirely clear to me. Just curious... thanks...
