Your MR earnings are linked to you/your SSN. Any points earned from a corporate card will pool into all of your personal MR earnings if you have a personal MR card. If your wife leaves the company, and the corporate card is closed without having a personal MR card to house the points in, they'll vanish. You need an active MR earning card at all times to keep your MR points. Once the points have posted to your account, they're yours, even if the corp card is cancelled.
