My wife's company sent her a corporate Green card and it requires $55 annual fee to add Membership Rewards associated the corporate card. My wife didn't play cards and has not gotten a personal Amex card. I had limited info about the corporate card and was wondering:
1. Is this $55 annual fee the annual fee for additional personal Green card?
2. If my wife apply the personal Amex Green card, she will get some Annual credit for the corporate card. In this case, does she still need to pay $55 to get the MR from the corporate card? Will Amex link the corporate card rewards directly to her personal MR account?
3. If my wife does not apply for the personal card and pay $55 to get MR from the corporate, how about the MR in her account if she left the company?
