Last year on the third attempt the agent sent it down to ticketing marked priority to get it done in time.
This is indeed a brand new booking, without any vouchers or upgrades involved.
I have called BA last week, but they were like "just sit and wait".. but that was obviously before all the flights disappeared from the booking.

I suggest to call BA and inquire if the flights are still in the reservation or have been cancelled. Something has happended for sure as otherwise it wouldn't appear like this in MMB

I will call BA again, I was hesitant to do so as I can imagine that there are loads of people calling because of COVID-19 related changes.
