Easy. Because the engineering management made such an enormous foul up of introducing a new inventory control system that we don't have enough aircraft to fly the schedule so BA have had to charter aircraft from other operators. Problems started in August and will continue at least until December. But nobody is responsible and nobody will be fired. >
