We did not see them again after that and FC customers still with trash were carrying the trash to the galley and making requests for drink refills, etc for the remainder of the flight. The worst service I’ve seen in years. From 2A, I could clearly see them both on their phones and chatting for two thirds of a 3.5 hour flight.
Write in. Not for compensation but so that they know what is happening. Fortunately your experience is not the norm but let's not allow it to become the norm.
