Yeah, it can take awhile and it can also randomly show up in your account or be sent as a code via email. If this would have been a revenue ticket, I would have taken them up on their offer of EUG-SEA-PDX....more EQMs/RDMs for no extra charge as well as the fact that both flights are relatively short. I have to say that I would have thought PDX-EUG flights would have started up by now....the start date keeps getting pushed back and I don't know of any other Intra-WA or OR route cut due to the pandemic that hasn't already been reinstated.
I didn't even know EUG-PDX had been suspended! (having not flown in more than a year), and coincidentally all our booked flights this year are through SEA, so this was a surprise.
Even as a revenue ticket the thought of going up and down and up and down when it's just a 2 hour drive just didn't sound appealing.
But we will incur the expense of the overnight in PDX so the agent said he recognized that (on his own, we did not make any comment/complaint about that) and that was why he offered the discount. As a matter of fact, WHILE talking to him he said "I'm sending them to your e-mail right now".
