I am a dual citizen USA/Germany, live in the US, and am fully vaccinated.
I was considering a visit to my family in Germany. The closest airport for us is Zuerich, so Switzerland comes into play as well.
After reading my way through Robert Koch Institut and similar pages, im still unclear of the following and was hoping somebody might know something:
- arriving in Switzerland from the US, will I have trouble entering (my family would pick me up in ZRH and drive to Germany by car
- if Switzerland is a no go, I could fly into FRA and take the train. Would I have any trouble entering Germany?
- will I require a covid test to enter either Germany and/or Switzerland?
- if vaccinations are accepted, is the CDC card sufficient?
- would I need to quarantine?
Thank you for anyone who can shed some light on this whole thing
