Whether or not a card fee applies depends on the merchant in Denmark and maybe even type of non-European debit card being used. It may even depend upon how the card transaction is conducted in Denmark.
Is cash still king? I see a lot of merchants refusing cash now.
Sounds like using any type of plastic may or may not add fees.
