SAS offer to cancel any booking and get a voucher in the value equivalent to the original booking, without any fees. So I cancelled my booking three days ago, but still wait for the voucher. If I access my booking, I get this message:
"You have already requested a voucher
We are processing your voucher and it will be sent to your email address. Due to the current situation, please note that it might take some time before you receive it. We kindly ask for your patience. If you have not received your voucher within 4 weeks please contact our Customer Service."
Anyone know how long it usually takes to get the voucher? I don't want to wait up to four weeks to make my new booking.
Requested a voucher/cancellation on a booking June 08 and I had it in my inbox the next day. Intra-Europe booking. Supposedly takes an additional 48 hours after receiving the voucher until it’s usable in SAS’s booking platform, did not test that out.
