What is your Priority Club status?
Ambassador

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked standard king, first upgraded to premier view king, then upgraded to corner king at check-in

How are the rooms?
Got a high floor corner room facing northeast, the view was gorgeous (would be even better without all the new development in SoMa). The room was spacious and generally clean, the bed was very comfortable, but lacked many amenities (no glass/mug/laundry bag/bath robe, Wi-Fi/phone/hairdryer didn't work). No housekeeping during the night.

How is the exec. lounge?
No access (not sure if it's open)

What was good and what was bad?
Good: member recognition, excellent service (most staff seem to try their best to provide good service despite limitations due to the coronavirus)
Bad: limited service/amenities due to the coronavirus, the outside of the hotel looked deserted
Ugly: hard to imagine having to go to front desk to pickup a toothbrush

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Paid < $200 and got over 10K points in return (BRG) and a 40K cert (ambassador renewal), which would be unbelievable value in normal times. Good value comparing to Marriott/Hilton current offerings.
