We're visiting Maui in September, and with all of the hassles/delays/etc. with car rentals this year, I'm worried about the impact on our reservation.

I have a reservation at OGG for a 5:00PM pickup. Our flight number and arrival time have now changed so that we're scheduled to land at 6:39PM. I'm worried that this later arrival (or even updating the flight # on my reservation) will jeopardize my reservation. I'm particularly concerned because we flew to Vegas in March and our flight was delayed (same flight #) and my car wasn't on the Gold board and the agent at the Gold counter said he had a hard time even finding my reservation because we arrived late (about 90 minutes).

Is there anything I can do to ensure I don't lose our vehicle? That's something I don't want to be scrambling to sort out at the airport, especially this travel season.
