while technically this is an upgrade, i feel you. cant tell you how many times ive stood in an Avis lot looking at 50 cars and being told none of them "are in the system" or some other weirdness as loads of employees just hang around.

doesnt it make sense to clean/process the cars as quick as possible so they can be rented again? if theres a business reason for it, i don't understand it.
