Tax and "surcharge" on top of the $18. I just started a dummy booking and the surcharge is a $2.75 "airport access fee" and $2.00 "service fee", plus tax. It was also coming up as $24/day over the 4th of july weekend, and back to $21 after that. And that's the online advance rate.
