Yes, as AA Exec Plat/Oneworld Emerald I do get an extra bag. I was counting on checking 3 bags total.

The strange thing is, Qatar sells the EXACT same flight for $4 more than includes 2 free checked bags. Maybe this is all a weird glitch. I can't find any place that says Qatar has changed its baggage policy to 1 bag for flights from USA.
