One-way airport to neighborhood store. National rarely can do that, given the lack of such urban and suburban options in most markets.
Those drop fees are brutal though. I miss the Avis/Budget $9.99 one ways, which are only available in a few cities now. Hertz is very hit or miss and they're gone at National.
