I have minimal activity with either program these days. Lyft has made it easy to keep my Hilton account active to ensure y banked points won't expire, so I'll keep that. (Delta miles don't expire)

If that's not a concern, a Delta mile is worth about a penny. A Hilton point is worth around half a cent, so 3x Hilton points is still probably better than 1x Delta. But with Delta, you get 2x for airport rides, so if you use Lyft for a lot of airport runs, that might be the choice,
