Many airlines still follow their pre-COVID boarding procedures at this time; does anyone know why BA doesn't offer regular group boarding at this time? Although this mostly matters in shorter flights in CE when there is the risk that overhead lockers would be full; at least wide-bodies have dedicated overhead lockers for CW.

Also for the outstation lounge service, I would definitely agree with the OP; while Air France/KLM and Lufthansa has managed to open their outstation lounges despite border restrictions, BA didn't opened any of their outstation lounges except for Lagos.
