During a pandemic, I have no problem with Marriott canceling free breakfast as long as no breakfast is served. But once breakfast is being sold in restaurants but the free breakfast benefit is not being honored, that is not OK.

When Marriott or errant properties do this and Marriott allows, I feel cheated. If it's safe to sell breakfast, it's safe to give me the one I'm entitled to.

Again, I am baffled why anyone would remain loyal to Marriott.

I am not actively boycotting Marriott but I'm not even thinking about staying at a Marriott unless it is the only option where I'm traveling.

Hyatt has treated my family and me exceptionally well since covid emerged. Exceptionally well.
