Although I have had good luck at higher end Marriott's, I do call and ask before booking.

However I just checked out of Wynn Encore on Amex FHR. I recieved an upgrade, pre arrival drinks, 60 dollar daily breakfast credit at most resturants which was great. Never had to ask for house keeping as it is given.

That being said, the staff was amazing and they did say they are having a hard hiring new employees.

If the Wynn can do it, so can a Ritz and JW.
