Trying to help a friend here...

If miles already posted to their AAdvantage account for an AA flight, but they actually wanted to credit to Alaska instead, can they still retroactively change the crediting from AA to AS?

She forgot to change back to her AS# before the flight, and the miles already posted to AA. Can she call AA to have them change the crediting?
