There must be a lot of people calling. The employees at both places sounded incredibly irritated that I called and asked.
I'm glad they're annoyed. If they put the current info on their web site or just provided the stated benefits without playing games then they wouldn't have to answer these questions.
But breakfast isn't the only "gotcha" these days. We recently ran into an issue of an airport hotel that told us when asked prior to booking our stay that they now once again offered an airport shuttle. When we got to the airport and went to the hotel they did have a shuttle -- the driver demanded $5/head (credit card only, no cash) for the ride to the airport. That part they conveniently neglected to mention. (This was N
