5000 mile discount for booking award by 12/31 still showing

Just checked the BA web-site and tested booking an award in March, and the discount of 5000 miles for online booking still shows even though the words say this discount is for award travel booked by 12/31/02. Anyone know of BA is planning to continue this wonderful bonus?
