If you need help send them a direct message on twitter. The reply won't be instant but is usually within a few hours and works well if it's not an urgent query. Obviously it takes longer with back and forth but at least you can do other things while you wait for their message and are not stuck on the phone waiting. I've had many queries and flight changes handled by the twitter team in a fairly efficient manner.
