”The safety and wellbeing of our guests and team members are our utmost priority. Due to the recent resurgence of COVID-19 cases in the Maldives, as a precautionary measure Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi has decided to cease inter-island transfersuntil further notice and will not be able to accept guests arriving from, or departing to, another island in the Maldives. Guests are welcome to travel directly between Velana International Airport in Male and Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi post arrival via International Flight only in adherence to the requirements from the Maldivian Health Authorities. Travellers should follow the guidance offered by the World Health Organization (WHO), or the Maldives Health Protection Agency (HPA).
