Did a one night stay here last night (9 June 2021). Unfortunately, the whole Baltimore Inner Harbor appears to be declining and from what we've read (we live ~50 miles away), this started before COVID. Having said that, WRT the Pier 5 Curio, the key take-away is location, location, location. It's across one footbridge from the main concentration of restaurants on piers in the Inner Harbor and a second footbridge beyond that to the National Aquarium which was a primary goal for the trip. The property has potential with a pretty lobby, but is in dire need of room maintenance. Well cleaned, but a bit shabby. Friendly staff. No buffet breakfast given the pandemic. Given a box with fruit juice, muffin, yogurt and energy bar per person (2A, 1C). Parking ended up being free since the gates were broken on the open air lot they use next to the hotel. Not very secure, but our car was there this morning. Because of the state of the rooms, we'd likely return to one of the other Hilton properties we've used in Baltimore before Pier 5 was added. Less convenient to the waterfront, but were better maintained.
