Yes I realize I can delete her and 11 other family out of my account (which would suck) but the point is if this is happening why and how to STOP IT?
My point is trying to figure out if the PNR had ever touched her. If it had the PNR would've been active in her app at one time.

In order to STOP IT, we need to understand what caused it.

BTW what do mean by she is listed as a companion in your account?
