Seems like I encounter this issue booking as an EE when the location in question is sold out and I'm booking a car using the EE guaranteed availability perk. In these cases, the booking workflow does not permit you to reserve ES explicitly; instead, you can book a full-size at the mid-size rate, and after booking the website/app will tell you to go to the counter instead of the aisle.

Any other EEs encounter this issue?
