The correct way is for the original vaccinator (the Phase 3 organiser) to enter the information into Pinnacle, which they can do backdated. This then updates NIMS, the national database. It has to be done as dose1, and probably best it was the actual dose1, so forget dose2. If they won't do it, and I bet they are being asailled with requests, then it's over to the GP to do it. But there is something really important here, they also have to use Pinnacle / Outcomes4health to enter it into NIMS, not do a local record which doesn't go to NIMS. If your surgery s small and not very IT literate, but all means PM me and I can provide a step by step guide for them.
