So sorry! I was thinking of DNR (the immigration fee foreigners pay for their FMM to legally visit the country). Too many TLAs! The rage lately in Mexico airline ticket pricing is to break out the TUA so that passengers can see how much of the ticket price the airline keeps vs. how much goes to the airport and government. Viva started the trend and Volaris is following quickly. Viva gives you the option to pay the TUA up until you check in for your flight.
