Same, usually their site works well. You input the passenger name after you've selected the fare type for your chosen flight.
I was just trying to create my profile. It won’t even let me input my name.
I started a booking for 2 people and since my profile wasn’t created, passenger name was two grey boxes. Couldn’t add my name yet it looked like I could add the second passenger.
I gave up and booked both directions on Volaris.
