Can always use QR twitter for this. Just give them locator, date ticketed, email/phone of booker, and passenger names + FF #'s, and tell them what you want. Within 12-24 hours they will handle.
I did that. They didn't fix the access problem that appears to be caused by having multiple FF numbers in the booking though, which means I still have the 1302 error that locks me out of my booking.
