Both Y4 and VB are fine (haven't flow AM in a while), and yes, the TUA you have to explicitly add to the quoted fare. If you have checked luggage, then their top fare is probably worth it (you get seat selection, priority boarding, preferred check-in on VB, etc.) Those top fares can be pretty reasonable on domestic flights.
