Just checked and the hotel at LHR where I supposedly have a booking for at the end of August is now closed as it's a quarentine hotel. As does it appear are all IHG hotels in the LHR areaa or of they aren't are just closed.
But I have had no notification about what they intend to do with my booking.
Quite frankly it's ridiculous that they havn't kept at least one hotel at LHR open for paying punters and that they havn't contacted people with bookings so they can make alternative arrangements,
What does IHG do in these cicrumstances? Just cancel and it's tough? Walk you to another (weel it would be a taxi!) ?
