If the ticket was changed as part of an irreg waiver, the reissue goes into a manual queue because the bot can't figure it out themselves. I have the same problem for a change on a ticket I talked to reservations on May 28 about (change from L to S). That said a P ticket that they changed into the same BK has also not been reissued.
