I believe this cancellation was straight forward too, then, for whatever reason, the system redirected you to the refund form. If your goal was just eCredit, you could have ignored the form and walked away. Since you submitted the form, I believe you will get an email in a few weeks regarding your refund request. If you spend the eCredit before then, the refund request will be ignored.
