i got declined the other day at a gas station about 10 miles from home here in rural PA.

Called AMEX, they said they saw that I tried to use the card, but didn't know why. The day before, the autopay for my cable tv didnt go through..... but other charges (in VA, DC and MD) went through this weekend fine...
