Is anyone else having eCredits issues lately?

This has happened twice in the last month. Try to cancel an itinerary and I'm directed to a long and involved cancellation form which even includes fields for my address although I'm completely logged in. Later I looked online and see the itinerary was in fact cancelled.

However when trying to access my eCredits when booking, while it shows I have an "Unused eTicket" of some kind including an expiration date, an error message reads under it "Oops! We're sorry. We are not able to determine the eCredit amount at this time. Please contact Delta Reservations at 1-800-221-1212 when you are ready to book your next trip." Of course there's a 3 hour wait on the reservations line.

This issue has been consistent with two bookings and every time over the period of several weeks when I try to access my eCredits without booking, it displays the same message. Everything was booked the standard online method.
