I had booked EDI-FRA-HND-SYD on a Lufthansa ticket in C, however the HND-SYD sector (on NH) was cancelled so I rebooked to fit the new July NH879 schedule over the phone.
It's now been 21 days and the ticket hasn't been reissued. When I phoned back today the agent said she can see it's in the queue for reissue and I should get it in 24-48 hours, however I was told that 3 weeks ago when I initially rebooked.

The only reason I can think of is the LH sectors have changed from C to J class (which the guy did mention, but as it was involuntary there was no charge), but the new NH sector is still in C. Any ideas?
