Today I was printing out the email confirmation for a Sept trip
I noticed my name was correct, but my wife's was prefaced with Mrs and her first name was shorten
So, SVETLANA shows as MRS SVETLA
Past confirmations don't show this. The most recent was last month

Another issue, I notice the confirmation shows the taxes/fees, and shows the fare as the amount of the credit left AFTER this flight was booked instead the actual fare.

FARE-USD $ 387. 20 << should be the actual fare ($1803.75?)
TAXES AND CARRIER-IMPOSED FEES $ 613. 75
TICKET TOTAL $ 1000. 95 << Total of new fare should be $2190.95 minus $387.20 credit I have just received
I have to stop waiting until a couple of hours before 11:59 PM to ticket. I called at 10:20PM and it took an hour to get connected.
The price for the same nonstops flights was $2499, if I didn't pay for these by 11:59 PM, when I had check online while waiting
For info, this is DFW-AMS, FCO-DFW for PE in Sept (The exchanged tickets were business class for Bologna, Return from Venice via BA at LHR for August 26-Sept 12)
