Booked the Koloa Landing Resort on points for 5 nights in July. Submitted my request to upgrade those 5 nights using my suite-night awards. Question though...I just went to marriott.com to check availability for my dates (July 11 thru 16), and it says it's sold out. Does this mean my upgrade chances are slim to none if there are no rooms available to upgrade to?
